SHIPPING COSTS

New Zealand:

  • Shipping costs will be added at check-out.
  • We currently do not ship outside New Zealand.

 TRACKING YOUR PARCEL

  • To track your parcel, just check the tracking number that was sent by email with your shipping confirmation. This is sent to you once your parcel has been dispatched from the distillery.

 DELIVERY TIMING

  • While we work with trusted courier services, SIP Distilling Co. cannot guarantee delivery dates and is not liable for delays caused by couriers, weather events, public holidays, peak shipping periods, or other circumstances beyond our reasonable control.
  • Expect that most deliveries will be made within 3-5 working days, depending on your location.
  • Note that pre-orders placed will be shipped as soon as they are available. We will endeavour to keep you updated on shipping dates as the product becomes available.

PRE-ORDERS

  • If you made a pre-oder please allow for 7 - 10 business working days from the date of purchase for dispatch.
  • If your order contains both in-stock and pre-order items, your entire order will shipped once all items are available.
  • By placing a pre-oder, you acknowledge and accept the above dispatch timeframes and shipping terms.

 PAYMENT OPTIONS

  • We accept payments made from Visa, Mastercard, PayPal, ApplePay, GooglePay and Afterpay.
  • We use Shopify Payments to ensure all orders are processed securely.
